1. Who we are

Cartacea (cartacea.store) is operated by Thomas Arienti, based in Italy. Contact: cartacea.store@gmail.com.

2. Digital products only

All products are high-resolution digital files (300 DPI) delivered by download after payment. Nothing is shipped physically. Printing, paper and framing are not included.

3. Personal-use license

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print the artwork for personal, non-commercial display. You may:

• Print the files as many times as you like for your own home or office.
• Print them at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service.

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute or give away the digital files.
• Sell printed copies or use the artwork on merchandise or products for sale.
• Upload the files to stock, marketplace or file-sharing websites.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork remains the property of Cartacea and its creators. Buying a file does not transfer copyright.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. Bundle discounts and bonus prints are applied as described on the site at the time of purchase.

7. Liability and governing law

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen, printer and paper. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
