Refund Policy

1. Digital downloads

Cartacea sells digital content supplied immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)) and Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started.

2. Faulty or wrong files

If a file is damaged, won't open, or is not the artwork you ordered, write to cartacea.store@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a corrected file or a replacement, and if we can't fix it we'll refund that item.

3. Not covered

• Change of mind after downloading.
• Printing costs, paper or framing.
• Small colour differences caused by screens, printers or paper.

4. Undownloaded orders

If you haven't downloaded any file from your order yet, contact us within 14 days and we'll cancel and refund it.
